Baby Photography
In-home Lifestyle Session – two-hour session. Prints are available for an additional charge.
Currently, I am taking photos of babies in Durham Region including Clarington, Port Perry, Uxbridge, Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax and Pickering.
Welcoming the newest addition to your family is such a wonderful time in your life and I thoroughly love capturing all those moments with your baby. From the finger grips to the cuddles, it’s all so precious. That’s why I love doing lifestyle sessions in the comfort of your own home. It gives me the opportunity to photograph these real moments. From baby changes to feedings, or soothing with a little lullaby, these first few months will go by so fast, and I would be honoured to freeze-frame these memories for you. Don’t worry if your baby becomes fussy or you need to take the time to feed them or change them. That’s the beauty of these in-home lifestyle baby photography sessions, we can take our time and you have everything you need right at your fingertips. Also, sometimes some of those little slices of life moments lend themselves to the best photographs. As a Durham Region baby photographer, I can travel anywhere in the area. I don’t use any props or swaddles or pose your baby in any way.
The goal of my session is to photograph the life of your family and the newest chapter in your story — genuine moments between a baby and their parents as well as any siblings. Photos can be taken in the baby nursery, rocking the baby to sleep, or cuddling on the couch or bed, wherever you spend your days together in your home. If there is a special toy or item you would love in the photos, of course we can incorporate that too. My goal is to make you as comfortable as possible and to enjoy our session together. So, don’t worry if the house isn’t perfectly clean. There is a new baby after all, who has time to clean? When you look back at these memories, it won’t matter that the house wasn’t spotless (maybe it will trigger a funny memory) but, you’ll definitely remember the love that filled your house in those early days, and how it continues on.
